Officina Alchemica

Officina Alchemica was born from the meeting of two sommeliers who have spent a lifetime in hospitality, always driven by a single obsession: the search for the unexpected, to surprise the guest.

After years of selecting and telling the story of other people’s excellence, we felt the need to create our own. We wanted to give liquid form to the value of our coastline, uniting land and sea in a way never attempted before.

What began as a game, within the walls of our home, experimenting with pairings of rare, unusual and niche ingredients, turned into a true challenge to the rules of tradition. We took off the sommelier’s jacket and put on the alchemist’s coat.
