What is Luce Salina?
It was born from the idea of creating a traditional limoncello, based on my parents’ cherished family recipe. Then, somewhere along the way, something changed: we forgot the written rules, took a completely different path, and dared to experiment.
From that step back came an evolution that had never existed before.
Luce Salina is the elixir where lemons meet, for the very first time, the strength and salinity of our seawater.

Appearance
A brilliant, clear and vibrant yellow. It captures the sunlight, holds it and reflects it in the glass, foreshadowing the energy of the sip.
On the nose
The nose is instantly wrapped in an explosion of fresh, just-peeled lemon and the delicate notes of orange blossom. On the finish, a crisp, refreshing sea breeze emerges, clean and metallic.
On the palate
The entry is velvety, rich and citrusy. A natural sweetness lasts a few seconds before it is cut sharply by the mineral salinity of seawater. This iodine contrast tempers the sugar, cleanses the palate and leaves the mouth watering for a long time.
The finish
Fresh, savoury and dry. It leaves the mouth perfectly clean, with a tactile memory that lingers for several minutes and invites another taste.
