Luce Salina
The radiance of the sun, the power of the sea.
It was born from the idea of a traditional limoncello, from a cherished family recipe. Then something changed: we forgot the written rules, took a different path, and dared to experiment. Luce Salina is the elixir where lemons meet, for the very first time, the strength and salinity of our seawater.
- Appearance
- A brilliant, clear, vibrant yellow. It captures sunlight and reflects it within the glass, foreshadowing the energy of the sip.
- On the nose
- An explosion of fresh, just-peeled lemon and delicate orange blossom, closing on a crisp, metallic sea breeze.
- On the palate
- Velvety, rich and citrusy. A natural sweetness lingers before it is cut sharply by the mineral salinity of seawater.
- The ending
- Fresh, savory and dry. It leaves the mouth perfectly clean, with a tactile sensation that invites another taste.

Officina Alchemica nasce dall’incontro di due Sommelier che hanno vissuto la ristorazione per una vita, sempre guidati da un’unica ossessione: la ricerca dell’inatteso per stupire l’ospite.
Dopo anni passati a selezionare e raccontare le eccellenze degli altri, abbiamo sentito il bisogno di creare la nostra. Volevamo dare una forma liquida al valore delle nostre coste, unendo la terra e il mare in un modo mai tentato prima.
Quello che è iniziato per gioco, tra le mura di casa, sperimentando associazioni tra elementi rari, insoliti e di nicchia, si è trasformato in una vera e propria sfida alle regole della tradizione. Abbiamo tolto il camice da sommelier per indossare quello degli alchimisti.
